Land Rover Defender 2026 recall in Qatar

What this means for a car that is for sale

A recall covers a model and a year, not an individual car. It does not mean these cars are faulty, and it does not mean the work is outstanding — many will already have been done at the agent. Ask the seller for the chassis number (17 characters, on the registration card), then call the brand's agent in Qatar and ask: is this car in an open recall, and has the work been done? Recall work is free. The consumer protection line is 16001.
